Payment Questions
- If you already have a user profile, log in. If you do not, register.
- On the Find Your Account page, search for your account number.
- Click "Pay Now".
- Choose your desired payment method and enter your billing information.
- On the right side of the screen, next to "Schedule payments every two months?", click "Yes".
- Choose your desired payment start date or leave the default to start today.
- Click "Continue". Review payment plan disclosures, confirm all information is correct, and click "Submit Payment".
If your Scheduled Payments were set up successfully, you should have received a confirmation email from no-reply@payment-express.net.
If you cannot find the email, please check your spam/junk folders.
To update your payment information you will need to cancel your current Scheduled Payments and create new Scheduled Payments with your updated payment information.
To cancel your Scheduled Payments:
- Log in.
- Click on the button in the top right corner of the screen that displays your email address and the .
- Choose the account for which you wish to modify your Scheduled Payments and click "Reschedule".
- Click "End Payments Now".
- You will see a popup that reads "End Scheduled Payments". Review the text.
- Click "Yes".
- We will send you an email confirming the change.
There may be something wrong with the connection between your computer and our card information security network. If the connection is working, everything but the last four digits will change to bullet points or asterisks after you enter your card number. If the connection is not working, we suggest the following as possible solutions:
- Try the transaction using a different browser.
- Check if there is a more recent version of your browser; if so, update it.
- Your browser security level may be preventing the connection. Refer to your browser’s user guide for help.
- Your browser could have extensions or add-ons that are preventing the connection. Avoid this by opening a private browser session. Refer to your browser’s user guide for help.
- Try deleting your browser history, including cookies. Next, reload/refresh the page and attempt your payment again.
- If you are attempting to make your payment from your workplace, there may be a network security setting preventing the background connection. Talk to your network administrator or access the website from another network.
